⭐ MAMMA MIA! – BROADWAY RETURN TEASED FOR 2025 ⭐
The smash-hit musical Mamma Mia! is reportedly heading back to Broadway, it has been revealed.
Producer Judy Craymer teased a Broadway return to Deadline, with the aim of a potential limited six-month season for 2025.
The sunny, funny tale of Mamma Mia! unfolds on a Greek island paradise. On the eve of her wedding, a daughter’s quest to discover the identity of her father brings 3 men from her mother’s past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago.
The story-telling magic of ABBA’s timeless songs propels this enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship, and every night everyone’s having the time of their lives.
Mamma Mia! is written by Catherine Johnson, directed by Phyllida Lloyd and choreographed by Anthony Van Laast. The production is designed by Mark Thompson, with lighting design by Howard Harrison, sound design by Andrew Bruce & Bobby Aitken, and musical supervision, additional material & arrangements by Martin Koch.
Mamma Mia! has music & lyrics by Benny Andersson & Björn Ulvaeus.
