⭐ JACK WOLFE TO STAR IN BROADWAY PRODUCTION OF HADESTOWN ⭐
Olivier Award nominee Jack Wolfe will join the Broadway production of HADESTOWN, it has been announced.
Wolfe, who recently starred in the West End production of Next to Normal, is set to make his Broadway debut as Orpheus, this autumn.
He will be joined by Descendants star Morgan Dudley as Eurydice, Tony winner Paulo Szot as Hades, Stereophonic star Rebecca Jones as Persephone and Grammy winner Kurt Elling as Hermes.
This marks the fist time that the full principal cast has been changed at the same time since 2019.
The new cast will begin performances from 2nd September 2025, though Wolfe will not be performing from 9th – 21st September 2025.
HADESTOWN takes you on an unforgettable journey to the underworld and back, intertwining two mythic love stories – that of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and that of King Hades and his wife Persephone. A deeply resonant and defiantly hopeful theatrical experience, HADESTOWN invites you to imagine how the world could be.
Winner of 8 Tony Awards including ‘Best Musical’ and a Grammy Award for ‘Best Musical Theatre Album.
HADESTOWN features music, lyrics and book by acclaimed Grammy winning singer-songwriter and BBC Radio 2 Folk Award-winner Anaïs Mitchell, who originated HADESTOWN as an indie theatre project and acclaimed album. Mitchell then transformed the show into a genre-defying new musical alongside artistic collaborator and Tony Award-winning director Rachel Chavkin.
BROADWAY IS GONNA HAVE A NEW STAR! ! !
