⭐ BUGSY MALONE – THE MUSICAL – WEST END RUN TEASED ⭐
The recently announced revival of Bugsy Malone may be making its way to the West End, it has been revealed.
The upcoming first UK tour of Alan Parker’s classic musical has been stated to be “OPENING IN BATH – PRIOR TO WEST END”.
Birmingham Rep, Theatre Royal Bath Productions and Kenny Wax present a brand new production of Lyric Hammersmith Theatre’s universally acclaimed revival of Bugsy Malone.
As previously announced, the UK tour of will open at Theatre Royal Bath from 2nd July – 23rd 2022, followed by The Birmingham REP from 27th July – 14th August and Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre from 30th August – 3rd September, with further venues to be announced.
Alan Parker’s world-famous movie, which launched the careers of Jodie Foster and Scott Baio, becomes an unforgettable theatrical experience in this revival of the universally acclaimed Lyric Hammersmith Theatre production.
Packed with instantly recognisable songs from Oscar-winner Paul Williams including My Name is Tallulah, You Give A Little Love and Fat Sam’s Grand Slam, Bugsy Malone is a masterclass of musical comedy with one of the most joyously uplifting finales in musical theatre.
This acclaimed production is directed by Sean Holmes, choreographed by Drew McOnie and designed by Jon Bausor with musical direction by Phil Bateman.
