A concept EP for new musical ALREADY YOURS has been announced.
ALREADY YOURS is a new musical by acclaimed composer Charli Eglinton. Her recent work includes the London premiere of Saving Mozart, at The Other Palace, starring Aimie Atkinson, Jack Chambers, Erin Caldwell, Jordan Luke Gage, Gloria Onitiri & more.
Meet Barney – hopeless romantic, eternal optimist… and a rescue dog.
ALREADY YOURS follows Barney’s journey through three different homes in a funny, bittersweet one-person musical about belonging, heartbreak… and never giving up on love.
Eglinton commented: “I’m still in the early writing stages, but couldn’t resist sharing a couple of songs…
The idea is: every number is a standalone love song – irony is they’re sung by a rescue dog (And yes, I have tried to work in some doggy “bark” and “whine” phrasing – so listen out for that… )
