A new musical featuring the songs of Tom Jones has been announced – What’s New Pussycat? A New Musical.
What’s New Pussycat will be written by Joe DiPietro I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, The Toxic Avenger and Memphis) and will be an adaptation of Henry Fielding’s Tom Jones but be set in the swinging 60s.
The new musical will feature the classic hit songs of Sir Tom Jones, with direction by Luke Sheppard and choreography by Arlene Phillips.
What’s New Pussycat? A New Musical will play the Leeds Playhouse from 23rd September 2020.
