⭐ TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD – WEST END CASTING ANNOUNCED ⭐
Casting has been announced for the the highly anticipated West End production of To Kill A Mockingbird.
Joining the previously announced Rafe Spall, who will star in the iconic role of Atticus Finch, are Jude Owusu as Tom, Gwyneth Keyworth as Scout, Harry Redding as Jem, David Moorst as Dill, Pamela Nomvete as Calpurnia and Jim Norton as the Judge.
Also starring Harry Attwell as Boo, Amanda Boxer as Mrs Dubose, Poppy Lee Friar as Mayella, Patrick O’Kane as Bob Ewell, Lloyd Hutchinson as Link, with John Hastings, Simon Hepworth, Laura Howard and Tom Manion.
Originally meant to open in May 2020, Aaron Sorkin’s stage adaptation of Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird will transfer to the West End, playing at the Gielgud Theatre, with performances now set to begin from 10th March 2022.
Lee’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, published in 1960, explores racial injustice in America and features one of the most iconic characters in literary history – small-town lawyer Atticus Finch. Directed by Bartlett Sher (The King and I).
