⭐ THE PILLOWMAN WEST END REVIVAL POSTPONED UNTIL 2021 ⭐
The West End revival of Martin McDonagh’s The Pillowman has been postponed until 2021, it has been announced.
The Pillowman was set to run at the Duke of York’s Theatre for a 12 week season from 24th July 2020.
Aaron Taylor-Johnson was announced to play Katurian, the writer of grisly fairy tales with Steve Pemberton playing Tupolski.
Producers say the cast and creatives are still committed to the project.
It tells the tale of Katurian, a fiction writer living in a police state, who is interrogated about the gruesome content of his short stories and their similarities to a number of bizarre child murders occurring in his town.
The play received the 2004 Olivier Award for Best New Play.
Ticket holders will be contacted.
Well I’m glad it’s only been postponed.
