⭐ THE BOOK THIEF – MUSICAL ADAPTATION – WORLD PREMIERE – NEW DATES ANNOUNCED ⭐
New dates for the world premiere of the musical stage adaptation of the bestselling novel The Book Thief have has been announced.
The show was originally meant to premiere at Bolton’s Octagon Theatre in March 2021 but due to Covid-19 the theatre had to postpone the production.
The show will now play the Octagon Theatre from 17th September – 15th October 2022.
This adaptation is by award-winning best-selling author Jodi Picoult (My Sister’s Keeper) and Timothy Allen McDonald (adaptor of Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka and James and the Giant Peach) with songs by Kate Anderson and Elyssa Samsel (Olaf’s Frozen Adventure) and will be directed by Lotte Wakeham.
