⭐ SUNSET BOULEVARD IN CONCERT – RESCHEDULED DATES ANNOUNCED – JUNE 2021 ⭐
The rescheduled dates for the new concert production of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Don Black and Christopher Hampton’s Sunset Boulevard have been announced.
The concerts will now be held on Sunday 13th June – 3pm & 7pm, at the Alexandra Palace Theatre.
Mazz Murray will lead the cast in the iconic role of Norma Desmond with Kayi Ushe as Joe Gillis.
Also set to appear are Zizi Strallen (Betty Schaefer), Alex Bourne (Max von Mayerling), Sharif Afifi (Artie Green), Christopher Howell (Manfred Sheldrake) and David Shaw-Parker (Cecil B DeMille).
The company is completed by Jack Harrison-Cooper, Jordan Lee Davies, Momar Diagne, Chloe Hart, Aimee Hodnett, Claudia Kariuki, Sejal Keshwala, Anelisa Lamola, Evie Rose Lane, Cameron Sharp and Bleu Woodward.
The concerts will feature a 24-piece orchestra directed by Alastair Knights and conducted by Alex Parker, sound design by Paul Smith, with choreography by Joanna Goodwin.
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Tony Award-winning masterpiece Sunset Boulevard is a compelling story of romance and obsession, based on Billy Wilder’s legendary film.
