⭐ SUNSET BOULEVARD CONCERT PRODUCTION ANNOUNCED – STARRING MAZZ MURRAY, KAYI USHE, LAURA BALDWIN, ALEX BOURNE & MORE ⭐
A new concert production of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Don Black and Christopher Hampton’s Sunset Boulevard has been announced.
Mazz Murray will lead the cast in the iconic role of Norma Desmond.
Murray is joined by Kayi Ushe (Joe Gillis), Laura Baldwin (Betty Schaefer), Alex Bourne (Max von Mayerling), Sharif Afifi (Artie Green), Chris Howell (Manfred/Sheldrake) and David Shaw-Parker (Cecil B Demille).
Also in the company are Jack Harrison-Cooper, Jordan Lee Davies, Chloe Hart, Aimee Hodnett, Claudia Kariuki, Sejal Keshwala, Anelisa Lamola, Evie Rose Lane, Tom Partridge, Cameron Sharp and Bleu Woodward.
The concerts will feature a 24-piece orchestra directed by Alastair Knights and conducted by Alex Parker, with sound design by Paul Smith.
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Tony Award-winning masterpiece Sunset Boulevard is a compelling story of romance and obsession, based on Billy Wilder’s legendary film.
Sunset Boulevard is a musical with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, and lyrics and book by Don Black and Christopher Hampton.
The concert production is produced by Quick Fantastic, will feature a socially distanced cast and audience of 300 for each show.
The concerts will take place at the Alexandra Palace Theatre on 25th October – 3pm & 6.30pm
Tickets will go on sale on 25th September – 12pm.
