⭐ SIX THE MUSICAL EXTENDS RUN AT LYRIC THEATRE ⭐
The smash-hit West End production of Six the Musical will extend its run at the Lyric Theatre, it has been announced
In an update, from the Arts Theatre website:
“Six the Musical has secured an extension to its run at the Lyric Theatre and will no longer be playing at the Arts Theatre from 24th August 2021 onwards.
The decision to play at a larger theatre during recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic allows for the production to sell a socially distanced seating layout with relative certainty…”
From Tudor Queens to Pop Princesses, the six wives of Henry VIII take to the mic to tell their tales, remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a 75-minute celebration of 21st century girl power. These Queens may have green sleeves but their lipstick is rebellious red.
Six the Musical is written by Toby Marlow & Lucy Moss.
Makes sense. I wonder if this will effect Get Up! Stand Up! The Bob Marley Musical, which is due to open at the Lyric Theatre in October 2021, or if it’s just a short extension?
