⭐ SCHWARTZ AT 75 – STEPHEN SCHWARTZ 75TH BIRTHDAY CONCERT – FULL CAST ANNOUNCED ⭐
The full cast for the special Stephen Schwartz 75th birthday concert – SCHWARTZ AT 75, has been announced.
SCHWARTZ AT 75 will feature and celebrate the work of award winning Broadway composer and lyricist Stephen Schwartz – the composer of such works as Wicked, Godspell, Pippin and The Prince of Egypt. Also as a lyricist for Disney movies including Pocahontas and The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
The cast will include three iconic West End Elphaba’s – Kerry Ellis, Rachel Tucker & Louise Dearman, who will be joined by Bradley Jaden (Les Mis), Olivier Nominated Alison Jiear (Jerry Springer – The Opera), Rob Houchen (South Pacific), Adam Pearce (The Prince of Egypt), Emma Kingston (Evita), Sharon Rose (Hamilton), Hiba Elchikhe (Aladdin) and Carl Spencer (Hamilton).
Due to extremely high demand, an additional 2pm matinee performance has been added, on top of the previously announced evening Gala performance at 7pm.
The cast will be joined by additional special guest singers, and Stephen Schwartz himself will perform at both shows.
SCHWARTZ AT 75 will feature musical direction by Theo Jamieson, with musical arrangements by Sam Young.
SCHWARTZ AT 75 will take place at Lyric Theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue, on Sunday 17th September 2023 – 2pm & 7pm, with tickets on sale now.
