ONCE THE MUSICAL – REGIONAL PREMIERE ANNOUNCED

⭐ ONCE THE MUSICAL – REGIONAL PREMIERE ANNOUNCED ⭐

Once The Musical will receive its UK regional premiere in a brand new production, it has been announced.

A struggling Dublin busker has a chance conversation with a Czech girl with a broken hoover. They play some music together. The rest is history.

This new production will star Luchi Carmignani as Girl and Phil King as Guy.

Based on the Academy Award Winning 2006 film, and the winner of eight Tony Awards in 2012, including Best Musical, Once tells the unforgettable story of two disenfranchised artists, drawn together by their shared love of music.

Featuring the beautiful music of The Swell Season (Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova), played by an incredible ensemble of actor-musicians, ‎playing their instruments and telling their story live on stage.

Following critically acclaimed, sold out productions of Spring Awakening, Let the Right One In and People, Places & Things, Let Me In are back with a stunning story that steals your heart and stays with you forever.

Let Me In are dedicated to ensuring their productions are accessible to all, and are proud to announce that 50% of the performances for Once will be made available on a ‘Pay What You Can’ basis.

The new production will be directed by Christopher Buckle, with choreography by Hatty Allen, musical direction by Ewan Steady, design by Imogen Melhuish and sound design by Martin Pritchard.

Once The Musical will play The Hub at St Mary’s, running from 26th August – 17th September 2022.
