⭐ OKLAHOMA! – IRISH REVIVAL – CAST ANNOUNCEMENT ⭐
A new Irish revival of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s OKLAHOMA! has been announced.
Following the toe-tapping success of their first in-house production, Bord Gáis Energy Theatre is thrilled to present its next musical spectacular – a dazzling, all-new staging of the classic Rodgers & Hammerstein masterpiece OKLAHOMA!
This dynamic production will bring the beloved musical to life – powered by the very best of Irish creative talent. Showcasing Irish creativity and craft on Ireland’s most prestigious stage, audiences can expect one rootin’-tootin’, show-stoppin’ good time!
Leading an all-Irish cast, pop powerhouse David James Whelan will star as Curly McLain, alongside Cork-born musical theatre star Molly Lynch as Laurey Williams.
Also starring Oliver Flitcroft as Jud Fry, Rachel Gaughan as Ado Annie Carnes, Enda Oates as Andrew Carnes, Sacha Koplewsky as Will Parker, Molly Logan as Aunt Eller Murphy, Julian Capolei as Ali Hakim and Jessica Lee Hayes as Gertie.
Featuring Katie Rose Weir, Rachel Ensor, Jennifer O’Donovan, Chloe Riordan, Zoe Talbot, Aidan Jolliffe-Byrne, Brian Dalton, Reece McGowan, Caolán James, Benjamin Collins, James Deegan and Stephen O’Riain.
Complete with spectacular staging, the original ground-breaking choreography re-imagined for a new generation, and a live orchestra breathing fresh life into Rodgers and Hammerstein’s iconic score, featuring all the timeless songs you know and love, including Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’, I Cain’t Say No and People Will Say We’re in Love.
OKLAHOMA! has music by Richard Rodgers, with a book & lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II. Original choreography by Agnes de Mille. Based on the play Green Grow the Lilacs by Lynn Riggs.
OKLAHOMA! will play the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, Dublin, Ireland, running from 19th June – 5th July 2026, with tickets on sale now.
