⭐ MY FAIR LADY – UK & IRELAND TOUR ANNOUNCED ⭐
The Lincoln Center Theater’s critically acclaimed and multi award-winning production of Lerner & Loewe’s much loved My Fair Lady will embark on a UK and Ireland tour, it has been announced.
The production will tour from September 2022 following a limited engagement at the London Coliseum this summer.
My Fair Lady will open in Bradford before going on to visit Dublin, Cardiff and Southampton, with more cities to be announced in due course.
Bartlett Sher’s glorious version of the classic Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe musical will play the London Coliseum, for a limited season, from May 2022.
This production of My Fair Lady previously played at New York’s Lincoln Center, the theater that brought us the Tony-winning revivals of South Pacific and The King and I.
My Fair Lady tells the story of Eliza Doolittle, a young Cockney flower seller, and Henry Higgins, a linguistics professor who is determined to transform her into his idea of a “proper lady.” But who is really being transformed?
The classic score features “I Could Have Danced All Night,” “The Rain in Spain,” “Wouldn’t It Be Loverly” and “On the Street Where You Live.”
