⭐ LUCIE JONES, EVELYN HOSKINS, SANDRA MARVIN & MATT WILLIS TO JOIN CAST OF WAITRESS UK & IRELAND TOUR ⭐
Initial casting for the highly anticipated UK & Ireland tour of Waitress, has been announced.
Lucie Jones is set to reprise the role of Jenna, with Evelyn Hoskins and Sandra Marvin also reprising their roles, from the West End production, as Dawn and Becky respectively.
Busted star Matt Willis has been cast in the role of Dr. Pomatter, joined by George Crawford as Ogie, Tamlyn Henderson as Earl and Christopher D.Hunt as Cal.
Also cast are Monique Ashe-Palmer, Amelia Atherton, Donal Brennan, Aimée Fisher, Nathanael Landskroner, Charlie Martin, Liam McHugh, Olivia Mitchell and Ben Morris.
Jones will be doing the whole tour through to August 2022, with Hoskins, Marvin and Willis performing until the Hull dates.
The UK & Ireland tour of Waitress will now open at the New Wimbledon Theatre, London, on 4th September 2021. More dates and casting for the UK tour to be announced soon.
Based on the film of the same name, it follows a waitress in a diner who dreams of leaving her job and forging a life of her own.
Waitress has an original score by seven-time Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles, book by Jessie Nelson, direction by Tony Award-winner Diane Paulus and choreography by Lorin Latarro.
