⭐ LIFE OF PI WEST END TRANSFER ANNOUNCED ⭐
The Sheffield Theatres production of Life Of Pi will transfer to the West End in 2020 it has been confirmed.
Adapted for the stage by Lolita Chakrabarti, from the classic novel by Yann Martel and directed by Max Webster.
It will play at the Wyndham’s Theatre from 22nd June 2020 for an initial 15 week run. A Broadway production and UK tour is in the works for 2021.
Wyndham’s Theatre will be transformed to mimic the staging from the Crucible Theatre production. Stalls will be elevated on a platform so the audience can see the brilliant set, lighting and design as originally intended. Cameron Mackintosh has given his blessing for the transformation.
All I heard was rave reviews about this show. Glad it’s finally been confirmed.
