⭐ KILWORTH HOUSE THEATRE’S CAROUSEL RESCHEDULED TO MAY 2021 ⭐

The upcoming Kilworth House Theatre production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Carousel has been rescheduled, it has been announced.

It was stated to play from 26th May – 5th July, with rehearsals due to start soon.

The new production will now open next year’s season, in May 2021.

The multi-Award winning Carousel, voted the greatest musical of the 20th Century, showcases Rodgers and Hammerstein’s most beautiful and enduring songs of all time including ‘June is Bustin’ Out All Over’, ‘If I Loved You’ and the immortal ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’.

A vibrant and timeless story of passion, loss and redemption this giant of the musical stage embraces the enigmatic love story of charismatic carousel barker Billy Bigelow and local girl Julie Jordan – who is willing to sacrifice everything for the man she loves!

Olivier Award-nominated Andrew Wright is still attached to direct & choreograph.

No confirmation if Kilworth House Theatre’s previously announced production of Half a Sixpence will be rescheduled for next year also.
