Further casting has been announced for the new London revival of Stephen Sondheim’s THE FROGS.
Starring Dan Buckley (He/Him) as Dionysos, Joaquin Pedro Valdes (He/Him) as Herakles, Carl Patrick (He/Him) as Charon, Bart Lambert (He/Him) as Shakespeare, Martha Pothen (She/Her) as Shaw, Alison Driver (She/Her) as Ariadne, with Evonnee Bentley-Holder (She/Her) and Milo McCarthy (They/Them) as Ensemble.
They join the previously announced Kevin McHale (Glee) who will star as Xanthias, making his UK stage debut.
THE FROGS is an ancient tale retold as a laugh-a-minute musical comedy. From the writing team behind A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Broadway legend Nathan Lane, THE FROGS promises a toad-ally unforgettable journey.
THE FROGS will be directed by Georgie Rankcom (She/Her), with musical direction by Ben McQuigg (He/Him), choreography by Matt Nicholson (He/Him), set & costume design by Libby Todd (She/Her), lighting design by Samuel Biondolillo (He/Him), sound design by Joshua Robins (He/Him), orchestrations by Tim Sutton (He/Him), casting direction by Peter Noden (He/Him), production artwork by Rebecca Pitt (She/Her), production management by Adam Smith (He/Him), stage management by Waverley Moran (They/She) and assistant stage management by Evie Graham-Brown (They/Them).

THE FROGS will play Southwark Playhouse Borough, running from 23rd May – 28th June 2025, with tickets on sale now.
