⭐ JAC YARROW & JASON DONOVAN TO RETURN FOR JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT UK TOUR ⭐
Jac Yarrow and Jason Donovan will return for the UK tour of the smash-hit London Palladium production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, it has been confirmed.
Yarrow is set to reprise his Olivier Award-nominated role as the titular Joseph, with Donovan set to return as the Pharaoh (though expected to be playing select dates).
Direct from two triumphant seasons at The London Palladium, the sensational brand-new production of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will embark on a UK tour in 2022.
Released as a concept album in 1969, the stage version of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat has become one of the worlds most beloved family musicals, reimagining the biblical story of Joseph, his father Jacob, eleven brothers and the coat of many colours.
The show features songs that have gone on to become pop and musical theatre classics, including Any Dream Will Do, Close Every Door To Me, There’s One More Angel In Heaven and Go, Go, Go Joseph.
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat has lyrics by Tim Rice with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
The production is currently confirmed to play the Birmingham Hippodrome (4th – 16th April), Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre (19th – 23rd April), Newcastle Theatre Royal from (24th May – 4th June) and Leeds Grand Theatre (12th – 23rd July 2022). More venues & dates to be announced.
