A cast recording of the critically acclaimed revival of Tim Rice and Stuart Brayson’s epic musical From Here To Eternity has been confirmed.

The brand new production, which had been extensively reworked, with the inclusion of brand new songs, will be immortalised with the confirmation of a cast album.

Famed lyricist Sir Tim Rice recently confirmed the news of a cast recording on Twitter and work on the album has already commenced this week.

Further details and a release date are to be announced.

The cast featured are Jonathon Bentley as Prewitt, Adam Rhys-Charles as Warden, Carley Stenson as Karen, Desmonda Cathabel as Lorene, Jonny Amies as Maggio, Alan Turkington as Holmes, Rhys Nuttall as Galovitch, Leonard Cook as Judson/Colonel Delbert, Jack Ofrecio as Bloom and Eve Polycarpou as Mrs Kipfer.

Also featuring Sarah Drake as Female U/S, with Dominic Adam Griffin, Cassius Hackforth, Robin Hayward, Callum Henderson, James Mateo-Salt, Jaden Oshenye, Joseph Vella as Soldiers and Kyerron Dixon-Bassey as Swing.

Set against the backdrop of Pearl Harbor, 1941, this gripping tale of illicit love and army life follows the story of four lovers and the soldiers of G Company as their worlds are dramatically ripped apart forever.

Adapted from the classic novel by James Jones, this breathtaking musical features lyrics by Tim Rice, music by Stuart Brayson and book by Donald Rice and Bill Oakes.

From Here To Eternity – The Musical featured direction by Brett Smock, with musical direction & orchestrations by Nick Barstow, choreography by Cresside Carré, set & costume design by Stewart Charlesworth, Sound Design by Andrew Johnson with casting director Jane Deitch, general management Chris Matanlé and production coordinator Ollie Hancock.
