The cast has been announced for the premiere of new musical Saving Grace.
The cast includes Dianne Pilkington (Grace), David Fynn (Matthew), Cat Simmons (Nicky), Gunnar Cauthery (Dr Bamford), Craig Ferguson (Charley), Ellen O’Grady (Morgelyn), Gay Soper (Posy), Wendy Somerville (Pam) and Tim Prottey-Jones (Shag).
Featuring Nathanael Campbell, Taite-Elliot Drew, Claire O’Leary, Anna MacLeod, Johan Munir, Tasha Sheridan, Madison Swan and Silas Wyatt-Barke.
Saving Grace, the beloved film that inspired the smash-hit series Doc Martin is brought to the stage this autumn as a heart-warming and hilarious new musical.
This very limited, exclusive run of performances of Saving Grace is a chance to experience the development of a new West End musical.
Sometimes in life, you just need to grow… After the suspicious death of her husband, Grace is alone and on the verge of bankruptcy. Finding an unlikely friend in her gardener Matthew, the budding entrepreneurs create a new joint venture to solve their financial woes. Dipping their toes into the dark side of horticulture, Grace and Matthew light up the sleepy seaside town of Port Isaac, as the pair find new highs in life’s lows.
Saving Grace has music by BRIT Award-winner KT Tunstall and book by acclaimed playwright April de Angelis, this world premiere is directed by Tony Award nominee Laurence Connor.
Saving Grace will play Riverside Studios, running for 12 performances only from 22nd – 26th November 2022, with tickets on sale now.
