West End stars Desmonda Cathabel and Dylan Wood have announced a special concert, coming to The Crazy Coqs.
Fresh off their run as Eurydice and Orpheus in the West End’s Hadestown, Desmonda Cathabel (Mamma Mia – I Have a Dream, Miss Saigon, Disney’s Aladdin) and Dylan Wood (Orphans, Moorcroft, No Love Songs) are no strangers to playing doomed lovers together.
And for two nights only, that same electric chemistry comes to the Crazy Coqs stage in DESMONDA & DYLAN – DOOMED LOVERS DUETS.
Expect a rich selection of songs and duets spanning musical theatre, folk, country, and beyond — the perfect evening for proud members of the heartbreak club.
For the second concert date (31st March), following their set and after a short interval, Desmonda and Dylan will be joined on stage by writer and broadcaster Edward Seckerson in conversation.
Formerly Chief Classical Music Critic of The Independent, Edward Seckerson, is a writer, broadcaster, podcaster, and musical theatre aficionado. He wrote and presented the long-running BBC Radio 3 series “Stage & Screen”, in which he interviewed many of the biggest names in the business – among them Julie Andrews, Angela Lansbury, Liza Minnelli, Stephen Sondheim, and Andrew Lloyd Webber
DESMONDA & DYLAN – DOOMED LOVERS DUETS will play the Crazy Coqs, London, on 30th March 2026 – 6:30pm.
DESMONDA & DYLAN – DOOMED LOVERS DUETS + COMPARING NOTES WITH EDWARD SECKERSON will play the Crazy Coqs, on 31st March 2026 – 8:30pm.
