⭐ DAVID BEDELLA TO JOIN BROADWAY PRODUCTION OF & JULIET ⭐
West End star David Bedella will join the cast of the Broadway production of & JULIET it has been announced.
Bedella will reprise the role of Lance, beginning performances with the Broadway cast from 5th March 2024. He originated the role of Lance in both the 2019 Manchester production and in the West End, where he won an Olivier Award for his performance.
He steps in for Tony winner Paulo Szot, who originated the role on Broadway and is taking leave from the production. Szot will return on 16th July 2024.

Created by the Emmy-winning writer from “Schitt’s Creek,” this hilarious new musical flips the script on the greatest love story ever told and asks, what would happen next if Juliet didn’t end it all over Romeo?
Juliet’s new story bursts to life through a playlist of pop anthems as iconic as her name, including Britney Spears’ “…Baby One More Time,” Katy Perry’s “Roar” and chart toppers “Since U Been Gone,” “It’s My Life,” “I Want It That Way,” and “Can’t Stop the Feeling!” — all from Max Martin, the genius songwriter/producer behind more #1 hits than any other artist this century, and his collaborators.
The Broadway production is directed by Luke Sheppard, with choreography by Jennifer Weber, musical supervision, orchestrations & arrangements by Bill Sherman, set design by Soutra Gilmour, costume design by Paloma Young, lighting design by Howard Hudson, sound design by Gareth Owen, video & projection design by Andrzej Goulding, hair, wig & makeup design by J. Jared Janas, orchestrations by Dominic Fallacaro and music direction by Haley Bennett.
