⭐ CURVE LEICESTER POSTPONES ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER & TIM RICE’S THE WIZARD OF OZ TO NOVEMBER 2021 ⭐

Curve Leicester will be postponing the regional premiere production of Andrew Lloyd Webber & Tim Rice’s The Wizard of Oz to November 2021, it has been announced.

In a statement released today the venue said that, alongside its partner Really Useful Group, the show will be moved to new dates, running from 27th November 2021 – 15th January 2022.

Automatic transfers to 2021 dates or full refunds will be available.

Based on the iconic MGM film, the musical features iconic numbers by Harold Arlen and E Y Harburg including “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” and “Follow The Yellow Brick Road”.

Book by Lloyd Webber and Jeremy Sams with new music & lyrics penned by Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice.

Direction by the venue’s artistic director Nikolai Foster.

Sad to see it won’t be happening this year, though will definitely be looking forward to seeing it in 2021! ! !
