⭐ COME FROM AWAY FILM ADAPTATION UPDATE ANNOUNCED ⭐
An update on the film adaptation of the award-winning musical Come From Away, has been announced.
The award-winning show is the creation of Canadian husband and wife David Hein and Irene Sankoff.
Hein and Sankoff first teased that a film was in the works in early 2019 but an update was given this week by the pair in a new interview with The Star in Toronto, with Hein confirming that the couple had recently turned in a draft of the Come From Away movie.
The joyous musical shares the incredible real-life story of the 7,000 air passengers from all over the world who were grounded in Canada during the wake of 9/11, and the small Newfoundland community that invited these ‘come from aways’ into their lives.
