⭐ CITY OF ANGELS CANCELS ALL REMAINING PERFORMANCES ⭐
All remaining dates have been cancelled for the West End production of City of Angels, it has been announced.
With the current situation with Covid-19, theatres are unlikely to reopen this year, so Nimax Theatres have decided to cancel the remainder of the run. City of Angels was due to play until 5th September 2020.
The production boasted a starry cast that included Hadley Fraser, Theo James, Rosalie Craig, Rebecca Trehearn, Jonathan Slinger, Nicola Roberts and Vanessa Williams.
With a sensational jazz score by Cy Coleman, sizzling lyrics from David Zippel and book by acclaimed comic screenwriter Larry Gelbart, City of Angels is a witty and glorious celebration of film noir.
This was inevitable unfortunately, I pray that they get to bring this production back. It was absolutely fantastic and I’ve no doubt would of ended up being one of my top shows of the year!

Two time Olivier Award-winning choreographer of City of Angels, Stephen Mear, commented on Twitter about the future of the show.
