⭐ CHELSEA HALFPENNY TO STAR IN UK TOUR OF WAITRESS ⭐
West End and TV star Chelsea Halfpenny (Casualty, Emmerdale, 9 to 5 – The Musical) is set to star in the UK tour of hit musical Waitress, it has been announced.
Halfpenny will join the UK tour, starring as Jenna Hunterson, from 10th January 2022.
Lucie Jones, who is currently leading the production, will now finish her run on 4th December 2021 at Regent’s Theatre in Stoke-on-Trent.
Based on the film of the same name, it follows a waitress in a diner who dreams of leaving her job and forging a life of her own.
Waitress has an original score by seven-time Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles, book by Jessie Nelson, direction by Tony Award-winner Diane Paulus and choreography by Lorin Latarro.
