⭐ BEAUTY AND THE BEAST – UK & IRELAND TOUR DELAYS OPENING TO AUGUST 2021 ⭐
The highly-anticipated UK & Ireland tour of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast has delayed its opening of the tour, it has been announced.
Working with the current information available, Disney have decided to delay opening of the tour, which unfortunately means the show is no longer coming to the Curve, in Leicester.
The UK & Ireland tour of Beauty and the Beast will now open at the Bristol Hippodrome, with performances from 25th August 2021.
The Bord Gáis Energy Theatre has had their run rescheduled to Christmas 2022, with performances now beginning November 2022.
Ticket holders will be contacted and given the option to transfer their booking into an alternative performance/different seats (where possible), or request a full refund should the new performance dates not be suitable.
Beauty and the Beast is a musical with music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice, and book by Linda Woolverton. Adapted from Walt Disney Pictures’ Academy Award-winning 1991 animated musical film of the same name.
I expect we’ll see a few more tours get delayed slightly in the coming months.
