The Pitlochry Festival Theatre will stage a revival of the award-winning West End & Broadway musical BEAUTIFUL – THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL, it has been announced.
Pitlochry Festival Theatre have announced a brand new production of BEAUTIFUL as part of its Summer 2024 season.
BEAUTIFUL tells the inspiring true story of Carole King’s rise to stardom. She fought her way into the record industry at seventeen and by the age of twenty, she had the husband of her dreams and was writing number one hits for some of the biggest acts in Rock ‘n’ Roll.
Featuring unforgettable classics including You’ve Got a Friend, One Fine Day, So Far Away, Take Good Care of My Baby, Up on the Roof, You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feeling, Will You Love Me Tomorrow, and Natural Woman.
BEAUTIFUL – THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL has a book by Douglas McGrath, words & music by Gerry Goffin & Carole King, Barry Mann & Cynthia Weil. Music by arrangement with Sony/ATV Music Publishing. Orchestrations, vocal & incidental music arrangements by Steve Sidwell. Presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International.
BEAUTIFUL – THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL will play the Pitlochry Festival Theatre, with performances between 7th June – 28th Sep 2024.
