⭐ RUMOUR – LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS UK TOUR SET FOR 2021 ⭐
Selladoor will reportedly be taking their critically-acclaimed production of Little Shop of Horrors back out for new UK tour, it is rumoured.
It could reportedly be heading out as soon as May 2021. No details on if the global pandemic has affected these rumoured plans.
Seymour Krelborn, the clumsy, hapless, shop assistant at Mushnik’s Flower Shop, becomes an overnight sensation when he discovers a strange and exotic plant which he names Audrey Two, to impress his colleague, the glamorous Audrey, who he’s secretly in love with.
Audrey Two quickly starts to wilt, putting Seymour’s job and dream future with Audrey at risk. Accidentally pricking his finger, Seymour discovers Audrey Two needs a little more than plant food to thrive, it’s developed a taste for blood! The plant grows into a bad-tempered, foul-mouthed carnivore whose voracious appetite becomes increasingly difficult to satisfy. How far will Seymour go for the woman of his dreams?
With music and lyrics by the legendary writing duo, Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, best known for their numerous Disney film scores, Little Shop of Horrors is a cult film and one of the longest running off-Broadway shows of all time.
This would be FABULOUS! ! !
I absolutely adored this production, when I saw the original tour, and have been hoping it would return. Fingers crossed! ! !
