⭐ GREATEST DAYS – TAKE THAT MUSICAL FILM ADAPTATION ANNOUNCED ⭐
A film adaptation of the Take That stage musical The Band has been announced.
The title of the film adaptation will be Greatest Days.
The stage musical told the story of five women who were best friends as teenagers and all big fans of The Band. 25 years later after losing contact the four of them reunite to fulfill their dream of seeing the band perform.
Calendar Girls and The Band writer Tim Firth will return to write the script of film adaptation, with David Pugh and Take That on board as executive producers.
Coky Giedroyc (The Virgin Queen) is stated to direct and Olivier Award-winning Drew McOnie is set to choreograph.
Gary Barlow and Take That are in conversation with the producers, about writing at least one new song for the movie.
The film could start shooting late this year if the lock down ends in time.
Amazing news! ! ! The stage musical was such a nostalgia trip for me and was surprisingly emotional.
