The full cast for the Kilworth House Theatre revival of SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN has been announced.
Starring Jack Wilcox as Don Lockwood, Lucie-Mae Sumner as Kathy Selden, Mark Curry as RF Simpson, Jess Buckby as Lina Lamont and Alastair Crosswell as Cosmo Brown.
Also starring Emma-Katie Adcock, Imogen Bowtell, Sophie Camble, Esme Kennedy, Julia J Nagle, Rachel Rawlinson, Ellie Stevens, Jessica Sutton, Sam Brown, Will Carey, Michael Dean-Wilson, Isaac Elder, Jacob Fisher, Matthew Maddison, Joel Wilding and Austin Garrett.
Adapted from the 1952 movie of the same name, SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN is set in Hollywood in the 1920’s, when the silver screen found its voice and left silent movies – and some of its stars – behind!
Packed full of charm, romance, comedy and Tinseltown glamour, this spectacular show focuses on romantic lead Don Lockwood, his sidekick Cosmo Brown, aspiring actress Kathy Selden and Lockwood’s leading lady Lina Lamont, whose less-than-dulcet vocal tones make her an unlikely candidate for stardom in talking pictures!
Featuring the glorious MGM score including “Good Morning”, “Make ‘em Laugh” , “Moses Supposes” and of course the legendary “Singin’ in the Rain”.
