⭐ COCO – STAGE MUSICAL ADAPTATION IN DEVELOPMENT ⭐
A stage musical adaptation of Disney Pixar’s Coco is in development, it has been revealed.
It was confirmed to be in-development at the recent Disney on Broadway show at EPCOT. No further details were revealed.
Coco tells the story of Miguel’s extraordinary adventure, a boy who dreams of becoming a great musician, who embarks on a journey to uncover the mysteries behind his ancestor’s stories and traditions.
The 2017 film featured a score by Michael Giacchino, with original songs written by Germaine Franco, Adrian Molina and Oscar-winning duo Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez (Frozen).
Including the Oscar-winning song “Remember Me”.
Very excited to hear how this develops, it could make a wonderful stage show.
