⭐ REBECCA THORNHILL & EVELYN HOSKINS TO LEAD GYPSY REVIVAL – MILL AT SONNING – SUMMER 2023 ⭐
Lead casting has been announced for The Mill At Sonning’s revival of the beloved musical Gypsy.
Rebecca Thornhill will star as Mama Rose and Evelyn Hoskins will play her daughter Louise in The Mill At Sonning’s Summer 2023 musical.
Gypsy tells the story of burlesque performer Gypsy Rose Lee and her ultimate showbiz mother, Rose.
Gypsy features a fabulous score by Jules Style and lyrics from Stephen Sondheim, including the memorable songs ‘Let Me Entertain You’, ‘Everything’s Coming Up Roses’, ‘You Gotta Have a Gimmick’, ‘Some People’ and ‘All You Need Is The Girl’.
This production will be created by the team behind The Mill’s critically acclaimed productions of My Fair Lady and ‘Singin’ In The Rain’.
This eagerly awaited production will be created by director Joseph Pitcher, musical arranger & musical director Francis Goodhand, design by Jason Denvir, costume design Natalie Titchener, lighting Design Nic Farman, casting by Pearson Casting.
Gypsy will play The Mill At Sonning, running from 24th May – 15th July 2023.
