⭐ SAVILLE THEATRE – PLANS TO RESTORE THEATRE REVEALED ⭐
The West End may see the return of the Saville Theatre, it has been revealed.
The former Saville Theatre in London’s West End was acquired by real estate investment firm Yoo Capital last year.
Details were unclear if this would mean the building would be restored to its original use as a theatre.
But according to Property Notify, new details have emerged, stating: “Yoo Capital is exploring plans to convert the premises back to a theatre and add additional floors to create a boutique hotel with a suitable joint venture partner… Yoo Capital is also working with prospective theatre operators to secure discounted tickets for local residents.”
Saville Theatre is a Grade II listed theatre which first opened in the 1930s before later being converted to a cinema.
How amazing would it be, to have it return to its former glory, fingers crossed! ! !
