⭐ GYPSY REVIVAL ANNOUNCED FOR THE MILL AT SONNING – SUMMER 2023 ⭐
The Mill At Sonning will stage a revival of the beloved musical Gypsy next year, it has been announced.
The Mill At Sonning’s summer 2023 musical will be the legendary Gypsy, the story of the burlesque performer Gypsy Rose Lee and her ultimate showbiz mother, Rose.
Gypsy features a fabulous score by Jules Style and lyrics from Stephen Sondheim, including the memorable songs ‘Let Me Entertain You’, ‘Everything’s Coming Up Roses’, ‘You Gotta Have a Gimmick’, ‘Some People’ and ‘All You Need Is The Girl’.
This production will be created by the team behind The Mill’s critically acclaimed productions of My Fair Lady and ‘Singin’ In The Rain’.
The revival will be directed by Joseph Pitcher, musical direction by Francis Goodhand with full cast and creatives to be announced.
Gypsy will play The Mill At Sonning, running from 24th May – 15th July 2023.
