⭐ KIRSTY FINDLAY TO LEAD PITLOCHRY FESTIVAL THEATRE REVIVAL OF BEAUTIFUL – THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL ⭐
The cast & creatives for the Pitlochry Festival Theatre revival of BEAUTIFUL – THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL has been announced.
Feel the earth move and relive the songs of one of the most prolific female songwriters in history when Pitlochry Festival Theatre premieres an exciting new production of the award-winning West End and Broadway musical BEAUTIFUL – THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL
Playing the title role of Carole King will be Kirsty Findlay who was nominated for an Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role, along with the 2016 cast of the National Theatre of Scotland’s production of Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour.
Also starring Lola Aluko as Cynthia, Chris Coxon as Neil Sedaka, Theo Diedrick as Barry, Connor Going as Gerry Goffin, Charlotte Grayson as Shirelle, Nina Kristofferson as Janelle, Signe Larsson as Lucille, Myles Miller as Drifter, Wendy Paver as Genie, Elizabeth Rowe as Marilyn, Robin Simpson as Donnie Kirshner, Luke Thornton as Nick, and Luke Wilson as Lou Adler.
This new production will be directed by Sam Hardie, designed by Jessica Worrall , with musical direction by Richard Reeday, lighting design by Jeanine Byrne, movement direction & choreography by Sundeep Saini and sound design by Hugh Barbour and Toby McFarlane.
BEAUTIFUL – THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL has a book by Douglas McGrath, with words & music by Gerry Goffin, Carole King, Barry Mann, and Cynthia Weil.
BEAUTIFUL – THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL will play Pitlochry Festival Theatre, running from 7th June – 28th September 2024, with tickets on sale now.
