Dreamboats and Petticoats – Bringing On Back The Good Times, the latest installment in the Dreamboats and Petticoats series, is set to tour the UK in 2022, it has been announced.
The good times are back! And so are Bobby, Laura, Sue, Norman and the gang! It’s time to shake off those blues and Rock ‘n Roll like never before!
The new musical will star Elizabeth Carter (Laura), David Ribi (Bobby), Alastair Hill (Norman), David Luke (Ray), Rob Gathercole (Jeremy), Lauren Chinery (Babs), Sheridan Lloyd (Andy), Mike Lloyd (Frank/Slugger) and Chloe Edwards (Daisy/Brenda), with further casting to be announced.
Inspired by the latest release in the series of smash-hit, multimillion selling Dreamboats & Petticoats albums, Bringing On Back The Good Times is filled with wit, charm and songs from the golden era of Rock ‘n Roll.
Dreamboats and Petticoats – Bringing On Back The Good Times has a book by Laurence Marks & Maurice Gran, featuring some of the greatest hit songs ever written from Roy Orbison, Eddie Cochran, Elvis Presley, The Walker Brothers and many, many more.
Currently announced for Theatre Royal Windsor (23rd February – 5th March 2022), Assembly Hall Theatre Tunbridge Wells (7th – 12th March), Palace Theatre Manchester (14th – 19th March), Alexandra Theatre Birmingham (21st – 26th March), Queen’s Theatre Barnstable (4th – 9th April) and New Theatre Cardiff (11th – 16th April).
