⭐ TOSH WANOGHO-MAUD, MATT HENRY, ADAM J BERNARD & TARINN CALLENDER ANNOUNCED TO STAR IN THE DRIFTERS GIRL ⭐

New casting has been announced for the brand new musical, The Drifters Girl.

Tosh Wanogho-Maud, Matt Henry, Adam J Bernard and Tarinn Callender will star alongside the previously announced Beverley Knight in the highly-anticipated musical.

Knight stars as Faye Treadwell, the legendary manager of The Drifters, who, alongside her husband, fought for three decades to turn Atlantic Records’ hottest vocal group into a global phenomenon.

The Drifters Girl is the remarkable story of The Drifters, one of the world’s greatest vocal groups, and the truth about the woman who made them.

With an unbelievable soundtrack of some of the most iconic songs in history including Save the Last Dance for Me, Under the Boardwalk, Kissin’ in the Back Row of the Movies, Stand by Me, Come on Over to My Place and Saturday Night at the Movies.

The Drifters Girl will be directed by Jonathan Church, with associate director Tyrone Huntley, featuring set design by Anthony Ward, costumes by Fay Fullerton, choreography by Karen Bruce, lighting design by Ben Cracknell, sound design by Tom Marshall and music direction by Chris Egan.

The Drifters Girl will play the Newcastle Theatre Royal, running from 9th – 23rd October 2021, before transferring to the Garrick Theatre in London for a strictly limited season of 20 weeks, with performances beginning on 4th November 2021.
