RUMOUR – AMÉLIE WEST END TRANSFER PLANS SCUPPERED

⭐ RUMOUR – AMÉLIE WEST END TRANSFER PLANS SCUPPERED ⭐

The critically acclaimed Selladoor production of Amélie was set for a West End transfer, it is rumoured.

After the huge success of The Other Palace run, it was allegedly set to announce a West End transfer to the Criterion Theatre, before the Covid-19 situation scuppered those plans.

This lines up with the announcement of The Comedy about a Bank Robbery closing early.

Amélie The Musical brings the much loved five-time Oscar-nominated film to life by a cast of remarkably talented actor-musicians and set to a critically acclaimed re-orchestrated score

Amélie has music by Hem’s Daniel Messé, lyrics by Nathan Tysen & Daniel Messé and book by Craig Lucas.

I hope that this isn’t the last we’ve seen of this wonderful production. Fingers crossed they are able to bring it back.

The original London cast recording of Amélie The Musical will be released on 5th June.
