⭐ QUIZ TV ADAPTATION ANNOUNCED – STEPHEN FREARS TO DIRECT ⭐
A TV adaptation of the play Quiz has been announced for for AMC and ITV.
Matthew Macfadyen, Michael Sheen and Sian Clifford are to star with Stephen Frears set to direct.
Quiz tells the story of Charles Ingram, a former British army major, who caused a major scandal in the early 2000s after being caught cheating his way to winning £1 million on the game show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?
Quiz first started as a play with a sold out run at Chichester Festival Theatre, before transferring to the West End for a limited run at the Noel Coward Theatre.
This sounds brilliant! ! ! I missed this when it was in the West End.
