A brand new German production of Wicked has been announced for 2020.
Here is the description from the theatre’s website
“In October 2020 the time has come: WICKED – THE MUSICAL is coming back to Germany. In a spectacular new production, the world-famous Broadway musical premieres at the Stage Theater Neue Flora in Hamburg and surprises with an overwhelming stage design, new effects and newly designed costumes. Of course, there are the familiar characters and tunes that made this uniquely magical story into one of the most popular musicals of all time.”
This sounds super interesting, I’d love to see a big show like Wicked, staged differently.
