The cast for Sheffield Theatres revival of the romantic comedy She Loves Me has been announced.

She Loves Me will star Adele Anderson as Head Waiter, Lewis Cornay as Arpad Laszlo, Andy Coxon as Steven Kodaly, Marc Elliott as Ladislav Sipos, Kaisa Hammarlund as Ilona Ritter, Karl Seth as Zoltan Maraczek, David Thaxton as Georg Nowack, and Alex Young as Amalia Balash.

The ensemble includes Zac Adlam, Michael Anderson, Kamau Davis, Lawrence Guntert, Samantha Hull, Esme Laudat and Gleanne Purcell-Brown.

The show’s creative team is led by director Robert Hastie, alongside designer Ben Stones, musical director Caroline Humphris, choreographer Ewan Jones, lighting designer Jessica Hung Han Yun, sound designer Mike Walker, orchestral manager David Gallagher, casting director Stuart Burt CDG, assistant director Hannah Benson, assistant musical director Sarah Dyer and orchestrator Jason Carr.

From the writers of Fiddler on the Roof and based on the story that inspired the movie You’ve Got Mail. She Loves Me focuses on two parfumerie clerks who clash at work but, unbeknownst to them, both live for the anonymous love letters they exchange.

She Loves Me has a book by Joe Masteroff, lyrics by Sheldon Harnick, and music by Jerry Bock.

She Loves Me will play the Crucible Theatre, running from from 11th December 2021 – 15th January 2022.
