Initial casting for the Théâtre du Châtelet production of 42nd Street, has been announced.

Announced to be joining the cast, so far, are Gabby Antrobus, Delycia Belgrave, Matthew Caputo, Molly-May Gardiner, Thomas Lee-Kidd, Jacob Maynard, Robbie McMillan and Oliver Tester.

Rachel Stanley will play the role of Dorothy Brock, with Darren Bennett as Pat Denning.

Cedric Neal has also been announced to be joining the cast, playing the role of Bert Barry.

42nd Street is an American musical with a book by Michael Stewart and Mark Bramble, lyrics by Al Dubin and Johnny Mercer, and music by Harry Warren.

The critically acclaimed Théâtre du Châtelet production of 42nd Street, directed and choreographed by the Olivier Award-winning Stephen Mear, returns for a limited run.

Playing the Théâtre du Châtelet, in Paris, from 21st November 2020 – 17th January 2021.

I may have to make another trip to Paris again, after experiencing Stephen Mear’s production of Funny Girl last year, which was EXQUISITE! ! !
